February 11 - What I'm Thankful for Today

It's been a good day and it's still early.
I'm thankful I have my phone working. I needed to take it to Wal-Mart because I couldn't get the sim card loaded. I watched the video but couldn't figure it out. So, I went to Wal-Mart and their electronic department and they graciously helped this technologically challenged person get it installed. I've since made two calls. 
I'm still learning how it works.
I'm thankful for the chiropractic appointment this morning. It went well. I'm almost 100% again. My next appointment is in three weeks.
I'm thankful for the shopping I did this morning. I got everything I needed and it didn't cost me as much as I expected. I bought a lot of fresh fruit. By the way, it's been a week since I ate bananas. They haven't looked that great lately. I've switched to grapes as my go-to fruit now. Bananas were my go-to for several years. I found I can live without them.
That's been my day. I have a book to work on. Vendetta is coming along well. I should finish the reading/editing today so I can move forward. The end of the month is two weeks away. I'm hoping to have it finished by then.

I'm having a good day, the temperature outside has gone up a little bit. That's great, your phone is functional at this time. We will be shopping tomorrow, for a few groceries. I love bananas and grapes, a wonderful choice. I'm thankful for our lovely sunshine and beautiful Christian fellowship shared with Jay.

I'm glad your temps went up. Even a little bit makes a difference.
I'm still having some phone issues. I'll be calling them to get it straightened out.

@just4him Jay had a test in Saginaw this morning, I couldn't go. They only allow one person to enter the hospital, I would have to sit outside in the truck for two hours.

Being thankful is something we could all do more of. As an assignment from bible study were to write thankful on post it notes and place them around the house to remind ourselves that we didn't deserve any of what we have like an entitlement but to be thankful instead.
I have to remember to follow through on that this morning.
It's good that your chiropractor is helping you so much. Was it your previous one that caused you back to get so bad? I know neither one helped my back.

@just4him It can sometimes take a day or so before you start getting calls. It can be a pain with a new phone

It's working. Working well depends on what you want it to do. I'm not receiving calls right now. I aim to get that rectified this morning. I'm calling them. I've done everything I can to get incoming calls. Nothing has worked.

Glad that they helped you with the phone, that's great. That's great news from the chiropractor too. Hope the rest of your day will go well.

I seem to eat alot of bananas too..but I like other fruit more. The day has been OK. Thankful to be in a warm house.
