Are you also afraid of your toilet?

Wasn't it Look Who's talking that has that part with the toilet? I should know this because it was one of my favorite movies as a kid. But then, that was... A half a million years ago now.
Anyhoosles...
My grandparent's "first bathroom" (the bathroom in the hall) has two separate parts to it. One is the toilet and shower, the other the vanity and mirror. My lovely, lovely cousins and siblings used to LOVE to torture me with the bloody mary story. The "first bathroom" was where theey would turn off the lights in the hall and in that bathroom and make me say "Bloody Mary" three times...
Do you have any weird stories like this?

I understand. I think all the weird and uncomfortable things in my life have happened in or around a bathroom. As a child this was the room I ran to when i was being punished, feeling sad or embarrassed. My grandparents had a vanity that stretched across one wall and it was fun to lean against the wall and just sit and think.

@LadyDuck Two of the bathrooms in this house have no window. In fact, I've lived in more homes that had no window in the bathroom than I have in homes that had a window.

@ScribbledAdNauseum I have no bad memories about bathrooms, the ones in my parents apartment were big with a nice window, same the one in my grandparents home.

@thelme55 Oh yes. One cousin and my sister used to play this seance game that was both frightening and intriguing to me. They hated when I would bother them as they said "you have to be very quiet!"

The only strange toilet stories I have are from the first time I moved to Latvia and in places that tourists went the outhouses were from Soviet times so when you stepped in you had to stand over a big hole in the ground and that was scary well you get the idea

I was never afraid of the toilet, but when I was a kid taking a bath in the tub, I used to be afraid something was going to pop up from the drain.
