First pizza I've had in months and I almost burnt it

I made my husband pizza he got a digorno. Then I got mine ready and put it into the oven and set the timer or so I thought. Not having any idea how much longer it had I got up to take a look and the timer was off. At first I thought I had burnt it but it's fine after all.
It's a small pizza and I thought I may need some of my breadless pizza too but I think this will suffice. This one wasn't bad at all for those wishing to try it.
What's for supper in your household, it what did you have earlier or for tomorrow?

I live pizza hut pizza along with hungry howie's. Sadly neither fit my diet right now otherwise I'd just opt for the digornos.

@thislittlepennyearns I've never heard of that one but it could be close. Even before covid we didn't go out to eat all that much and pretty much stayed around here.

@LadyDuck some people refuse to eat any leftovers. We had them a lot growing up and maybe my husband did too and that's why he doesn't like leftovers.
It doesn't bother me though unless I wasn't happy with the food when it was first cooked and then I might just throw it into the trash.

@Tina30219 Lol. I go through it fast enough already. I use it on my breadless pizza, and when I make cauliflower mac n cheese, and eggs. I'm running low more often than not.

I haven't had corn chowder in years. Yours was probably homemade? Mines always been from a can which is okay as I'm not sure that I ever had it homemade to be disgusted by the canned chowder.

I like Digorno pizza. I loved the last one I had. It was the croissant crust version. I am eating salmon tonight, which is healthier than I usually get.

I've forgotten to turn the timer on for something in the oven once or twice... I find out about it when Pretty starts yelling because she smells something burning. *sigh* Usually, I forget because I'm talking on myLot and am in a hurry to return to the conversation.
(She isn't amused when that happens.)

@MarshaMusselman Homemade. I don't eat the ones from the store. They taste funny.
There are several on YouTube that taste okay... But you can take their basic recipe and add whatever you want. We like a ton of onions in them... Yum!

Were they homemade or from the store? We but not so sloppy joes as they taste just like my mom used to make and here's was homemade. But, I never learned her recipe.

I enjoy the frozen thin crust I get from Aldis and my toaster oven has a pizza setting so it always works out fine, I had some frozen Salisbury steaks and ti enjoy putting them on hamburger buns like burgers, I had some tonight and more left for tomorrow,

I began enjoying the thin crust too some years back after I had to give up pizza entirely for several years. When my kids were small we had pizza weekly and I got burnt it on eating it. I found the thin crust was pretty good so switched to eating that instead.

I don't eat dessert pizzas and I didn't make this one. This was a low carb crust, quest pizza with green peppers and pepperoni mostly. It also had black olives but I don't like them so I picked them off.

I timed it for the lower end but when I checked to see how much time was left out wasn't even running. It's never turned off without ringing before so I think I forgot to hit start.

The pictures isn't the digornos but the quest pizza I bought for myself. It's a keto pizza with a crust. Maybe I'll have another slice.

@KristenH I only found out about it a couple of weeks ago. We've carried the quest protein bars for about a year now if not longer. The odds is a nice addition and tastes better than the real good pizza brand although some of that stuff is good too.

Jay ate lunch about two hours ago. So I picked up a McDonald's quarter pounder, for myself. We like DiGorno's pizza with the thick crust, it's really good!
