My First Mac and Cheese

I have always read here on Mylot about Mac and Cheese eaten during your dinner. I was curious how it tasted and so I made it yesterday from an online recipe. It was easy to make and delicious, too. There was still leftover for dinner this evening and hubby ate it.
My best friend came here this afternoon and cut my long hair into shoulder length hair. I am glad she came and we had hours of bonding again. After cutting my hair, we ate mongo beans with ripe jackfruit and bananas cooked in coconut milk. It was delicious.
Have you been to the hairdresser lately? I don't have to go to a hairdresser anymore for safety reason. My best friend can do it well.

I think it is an American food. I am glad my first Mac and cheese was successful.
Yes, I liked it and I am sure I will make this again. I hope I can find lobster here in the supermarket. That's a good idea.

@thelme55 No problem, you can also use imitation crab but it's not as good as fresh lobster.

I'm glad you finally tried mac and cheese. It's so good and can be prepared in so many ways.
No, I haven't been to the hairdresser since last March 17th and am loving my long hair. After my second vaccine, I will wait a month and see my hairdresser in his salon for one with our masks.

@thelme55 Pancetta or lobster mac and cheese is awesome! Also, use lots of different cheeses that melt well like Guyere and Fontina.
I can't believe it's been almost one year. It's long, but not too long. I still have 4 strands of my fairy hair left!

@DianneN I have to try Pancetta or lobster Mac and cheese. I have no idea if we have Fontina cheese here. I have used mixed mozzarella, Gouda and cheddar cheese on my first Mac and cheese.
Your strands of fairy hair are durable. It was a quality job of your hairdresser.

Haven't been to the salon in over a year. My hair grows really slowly. Though I feel that I'll need a hairdresser on a months time.

I went about a month ago, They sent me a coupon in the mail for a half price haircut too..so I will go back before it expires. The mac and cheese looks good.

Nothing like mac and cheese. A great meal when it's chilly out for me. Melts in your mouth and sticks to your ribs, lol.

Mac and Cheese indeed sound delicious !
I need a haircut in a few months.
My last 2 have been at home.
Not too elegant but visit to barber is still with risks.
