Your dinner looks good; I won't mind having the saving dinner too. Back home, there's this bread and breakfast inn which has a food shop serving all day breakfast; from morning till evening, everything on the menu are breakfast and snack items. They're good and delicious though. Their main store at their condotel in another part of the city serves breakfast, lunch and dinner food.

@CarolDM You're welcome and thanks too! I'm really looking forward to going home. One concern is that we will be having double quarantine; at least 7 days in Manila and and another 14 days in our final destination plus swab test in Manila and another upon arrival at our home city. These will all be paid by us and you can just imagine the big expense for me and my wife for the air fare, the swab tests and the hotel.

@CarolDM I'm not an egg kind of girl, unless I use it for baking. However, I'll eat grits anytime of day as well as biskits and gravey.

I thought about stopping at Waffle House on my way home from work and having breakfast for dinner, but I decided to save that trip for another day. It will give me something to look forward to the rest of this week. I think breakfast is a good option for any meal of the day!

I have done it many times. For us too breakfast is the main meal. Sometimes if we have curry left from dinner, we have it in breakfast with Indian paratha( bread).

same here, there were times that i eat a famous breakfast meal for dinner. the famous meal is--TAPSILOG(tapa (beef jerky), sinangag(fried rice) and itlog(sunny side up egg)
