I taught 4 subjects yesterday. I did 1 hour lecture via Skype link per subject , it was so exciting using first time Skype link. My students were also excited. My class ended 7 in the evening feeling tired, so retired to bed earlier. This afternoon 1 subject good for 3 hours live lecture via Skype again. We usually have the Gmeet link, and FB room, but I shifted to Skype for a change. Those teaching online what platform do you usully use? Thanks guys for reading. Keep safe all.

@Deepizzaguy yes, me too. I was not here again yesterday and this day I have 4 subjects to handle and had a vidchat with my students again at 1 hour each subject, stressful.

@LadyDuck yes true, but this time there is recent offer from Globe 299 pesos lifetime plan for the students- unlimited 24/7.

@LadyDuck, yes good help in this trying time. There are some students who cannot suffice for a 1 hour live lecture for they're on data plan. Many just leave though class not yet over, no more load.

@DianneN, yes my dear, you guessed it right, it's so tiresome. It's not easy to face the screen with blah , blah. Then students keep on sending messages thru messenger asking many thing how to answer even at 11 in the evening, 12 mid , dawn

. It's so disgusting and annoying. Sometimes I cannot lost my temper and reply the sender that I am not robot and why can't they wait.

@thelme55, Yes, USTP has a student population of 16,000. It is national university. It's a university system with 7 branches . All schools hold class online, dunno in Germany.

@Laurakemunto , yes, so true, but students cannot suffice 1 hour on line lecture, so once week online and once a week offline . We need to be resilient and compassionate this time to the students struggling to sustain the connection on data plan.
