Buckwheat and walnut bread with cheddar cheese

My afternoon snack is a little more than usual, I had lunch quite soon today and as usual I heve been running from one place to another. My stomach is complaining and I decided to eat two things that I really like, buckwheat and walnut bread with cheddar cheese.
This bread is so delicious that I usually buy it every week and cheddar is my favorite cheese 
I will eat an apple too and that is all, then I will take a walk and enjoy the sun.

@nela13 Queso Manchego is Spanish it's made with sheep milk, same the Italian Pecorino.
Good Parmesan is expensive, I was lucky because the brother of my mother was a producer in Italy. Now I have to buy and I know that the good one is expensive.

Once in a while. Sometimes I have a mid-morning snack. And, I always have a banana with some peanut butter before bed.

@nela13 I eat the bananas and peanut butter three hours before bedtime. They help keep my legs settled, and also work like melatonin.

That looks delicious.
I have put biscuits in the oven. I made them using almond flour, sea salt, baking powder, egg, butter, cream cheese and colby jack cheese. I also added parsley and garlic powder. These will go for my dinner this evening.

Looks good.
My afternoon snack is usually fruit. On occasion, I'll have a Keto chocolate mug cake. It's just enough to satisfy a sweet tooth.
