Tahu is Tofu, and Gejrot itself comes from the Sundanese language when garlic and shallots are crushed with cayenne pepper mixed with vinegar. So what is Tahu Gejrot, the explanation is on bellow this discussion.
Coincidentally because my elder sister ordered this food online yesterday and used the address here and arrived around 2pm.
She never told us to send food here it was because she actually planned to stay here but didn't because her childrens wanted to take care of their pets.
So have you ever tried this food? Strangely I never get bored.

Yup, I love tofu dipped in soy with citrus and onions, Another good preparation is sauteeing with garlic, onions, chili and long green peppers and mix with mayonnaise.

@May2k8 Once you've tasted it, you'll crave for more.
It's healthy and satisfying.

@cherigucchi It's not as good as you think, because I hate the smell of fish the most.

We call tofu as tokwa.
We have a taho here made from soya or silken tofu. Taho is a favorite morning snack/food.

We call them tauhu. Reminds me of a popular breakfast/tea time menu here called tauhu sumbat, it's basically fried tofu stuffed with cucumber and bean sprouts, and we dip it in chilli sauce.

Indonesian culture with Malaysia is similar, so it's no wonder why this is also popular there @cahaya1983
