The Rolling Stones could not get satisfaction. I think it is important to find and get satisfaction.
Drugs, crime, suicide, abuse of alcohol, gambling and many other things are the result of not having satisfaction.
If one has enough food, they are not worried about food anymore. The same is true with spirituality, love, and many other things.
Satisfaction will make life happier and easier. How true is that?

I'm sure the Rolling Stones got a lot of satisfaction when they counted the money they earned with the song 'I can't get no satisfaction'!
A song of my youth!

Satisfaction can be elusive for some people. They substitute their life with certain vices to provide a thrill but usually it does not make them happy in the end. I think when one finds an inner peace through finding their purpose in life, doing the things they love to do, and socializing with people whose company they truly enjoy it leads to a happier life. But each person's happiness is their own definition. But in all if not all cases a positive attitude is a must...
These are just a few examples. Basically it's finding the little things in life which bring a smile to your face.

I would say that satisfaction is more a two-edged sword.
When it, satisfaction, is being craved by our mind for its own sake, this side of the sword can cut and damage us with itself, but it is in its proper place, seen as joy and happiness, when we live from love in our hearts, and do not so much seek satisfaction from our so doing it, but achieve it, as a byproduct of our good living, and loving disposition, so that we are content/satisfied, in our place within God, this side of the sword can benefit us then.

I do agree. A lot of people don't know how to appreciate what they have, and some people don't have what they need.
