Do you like scrambled egg with ground beef?

Hello Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters I woke up in a very nice kind of weather. Sunny and cool air. I like it and had a good walk in the morning and might have again later at night time after dinner to enjoy the good weather I just hope it will stay the same the whole day Today, I like to prepare a very simple dish that is easy to make and very nice mix. We call it ``Torta`` in the Philippines. I like it especially when you eat it with garlic rice. It is just a ground beef fried with garlic and onions. and then put together with scramble eggs atleast 2 to 3 eggs for a 1/4 kilo of ground beef. Then sprinkle some salt and pepper if you like. Sometimes I put cheese in it instead of salt. How about you my dear mylotters? Do you like scrambled egg with ground beef? What do you mix with your scrambled eggs? Wow! You know so many things to mix with scrambled eggs. I love those mix too. It just that crabs here is not available but I can replace with fish

I like scrambled eggs "plain", I could add cheese, chives and other vegetables to an omelette or a frittata, but not to the scrambled eggs. No meat with my eggs.

No ground beef for us. Ground chicken will do. And that's a preparation we often have. We add potatoes, carrots, green and red bell pepper and tomato sauce.

@m_audrey6788 Fry first the cubed potatoes and carrots before sauteeing garlic, onions and meat. Salt and pepper to taste.

You gave me an idea. But I am not getting ground beef because I cannot consume it right away. But I have tried corned beef with potatoes and carrots in the eggs.

Eggs with ground sausage, chopped ham or spam. It's not that I don't like eggs with ground beef. I would eat it if it were served to me. But I usually don't make it myself. Also I like eggs with corned beef hash.

When I make scrambled eggs, I stir mllk and cheese with the egg yolks. I do not think I have ever prepared with ground beef. Seems like the dish would be good for breakfast?

Oh yes. It is good for breakfast too. You can eat with bread and it is really tasty. You can give it a try Your way sounds good to try too. I never mix it with milk.
