Baked Chicken Tenders for Dinner

Just got done with dinner. Baked a few chicken tenders. Extra crispy. Had some Dijon mustard dipping sauce in the frig. Made green beans and mashed potatoes. Very good, all of my favorites. And filling as well. Sat outside for a few minutes. A little cool today but nice. Have a good evening everyone.

Baked chicken tenders are a very good meal. I made chicken wings yesterday evening for dinner.

It is chilly here and still damp. We had light rain late today which is much better than hard rain! Your dinner sounds good. We almost had a 3/3 match on dinner tonight. We had meatloaf, mashed potatoes and green beans.

@CarolDM Yes, rice is the main ingredient. But there was so much seafood mixed in that you could hardly even tell it was a rice dish.

@CarolDM I use Grey Poupon Dijon mustard in both my Dijon vinaigrette salad dressing and my award-winning (I was the only contestant) chicken BBQ sauce.
