A Quick Update - 4/19/21

If you know me at all, you know that I hate s**w and want to move to the Florida Keys. Well, they have predicted a couple slushy inches of the hated white stuff for Wednesday and a hard freeze for northern Ohio. Yuck!
With the real estate market so hot right now, I am having second thoughts about selling the other house for cash. We could probably sell the house "as is" and still get 2x the amount that we would get from a flipper. I just am tired of spending our retirement funds for insurance, taxes, utilities and yard maintenance. Our little housekeeper has her real estate license now; and we would give the listing to her.

I hate cold weather and i know i wouldn’t like the snow as well.

Seems like your house is paid off, which is good. You'd have to spend even more every month if you had a mortgage to deal with.
Hope you get to sell the house and for good money and that it won't take a very long time.
If you ever get snow send it my way. The slush you can keep.

I do not blame you for not wanting to put any more money into the other house. So are you going to give her the listing? I also hate snow. You also be safe. I love the picture you put here but the little one peeking out looks like he or she is scrunched between the bigger ones and cannot get out.
