What a relief................

Roscoe is having a blast running with his pals along the fence line.

I'm actually happy to say that Roscoe is outside entertaining his buddies Junior and Bella. They kick up the dust by running along the fence between properties belonging to my neighbor and me. I'm so proud of Roscoe, he's only lived with me for 16 days and I am letting him run loose in the yard, it's fenced in of course and I do check often calling him to me. I am also running out of treats How're you all doing on this beautiful Sunday morn?

With all that energy he has, it's good he gets to roam around freely in the yard like that - and he's even got friends . A good balance along with the structured training .

He does seem to get pretty tired after those romps with them. My biggest problem is house breaking him. Females are easier to train from what I've been told but the humane society only had boys.

@rebelann Are they easier to train? I could believe that. Maybe age has something to do with it too.

Up til I got Mykey I'd only had female dogs and I never had any issues with them weeing in the house. Mykey learned from Sophie not to wee in the house but now it's just me to train the little guy. He's doing ok though, I just need to be patient and make sure that he can get outside everytime he wakes up from his naps.

Oh that's a new dog, cool and they all look pretty. I like how they all doing their pouncing thing. Brooklyn does that to Kai and she looks around but her head is still, it s to mess with Kai so she does not know which way she will go. Its funny how Brooklyn breaks Kai ankles every time, not literally but she stumbles because Brooklyn faked her out so bad.

That sounds like a lot of fun to watch. These three will never be in the same yard together but I've noticed that Roscoe has a sense of humor, he runs for a little up and down the fence then walks away and sits staring at them while those two bark at him. It's a riot to watch.

I am glad he is having fun, is he still aggressive or is he calming down?

He is still teething which is what makes him more aggressive than I would like but he's stopped biting me.

He is not biting me as hard as he was at first so he is learning. He will be a wonderful addition to my family.

Roscoe has graduated! He is really living it up there- and getting some exercise. I'm glad you have a buddy.

Yes, he's only lived here for 16 days and has learned a lot ...... mostly how to get this human to give him treats ..... but the biggest hurdle to teach him is not to tinkle as he walks through the house. Boy have I got a mess but that will pass in time, right?

@rebelann Walking through the house? He doesn't have bladder issues?

I honestly don't know yet. I'm hoping it's due to a lack of manners when I first adopted him which was on the 9th but time will tell, I'm working on him in hopes he will learn to control his bladder.

I am having a ball and I'm learning how to use my cell camera. Never thought I'd be doing that.

I agree, he needed to release that energy.
