Do you like Sweet and Sour Chicken?

Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters
I woke up in a very nice kind of weather again. Sunny and cool air. I really like this kind of weather so much. Later, I can have a good walk around 
I like to try this Sweet and Sour Chicken I learned from my mother. I just remember how she did it very good. First. you have to marinate your chicken with salt and pepper for 2minutes. Then cover it with flour and corn starch then fry. Now, the sauce is simple just ketchup, sugar, and teaspoon of soy sauce with vinegar mix it. Then, Fry the bell pepper and pour all the sauce and let it simmer for a while then pour the chicken. Then there you have it. I added some pineapple chunks

My kids love it so I try my best to prepare it the best I can. They enjoy it that means I am a good cook!

Pretty likes it, I don't. I prefer Springfield style Cashew Chicken. That is delicious!

I love this dish. It reminds me of old good days when my mom used to be like any other mom. She used to make it and I loved it. 
She even showed me how to make it. It’s the same exact recipe.
Unfortunately I don’t make any of the dish she taught me anymore so that it doesn’t remind me of her.

@m_audrey6788 Because it will remind me of her and I do not want to remember her because if I do then I’ll remember all the pain she gave me.... it hurts too much.

@m_audrey6788 I really love sweet and sour chicken. I've not had this dish in quite awhile though. But I may make it later on during the week. I love having it with rice or mashed potato. Preferably mashed potato though.
