Late grocery shopping

I stopped at the mart to purchase grocery for the week. Since I was in a hurry, I had to quickly grab this and that. Not a good idea to shop when you're hungry too. You want to take everything. I had to put back spinach wantan noodles because I didn't know how to cook them. Plus, my basket was full with assorted type of noodles already. I had to remind myself that it's for a week, not a year. I even got a quarter of watermelon for less than RM2($0.50usd) Served that for breaking the fast and grated the rest to make salad. I even grab frozen dumplings and paratha. Going to ask Mom to make chicken curry for the paratha's dipping. I don't really know how to make curry. Spend RM78 for the whole stuff. Around $19usd. I was already halfway home to realize that I forgot eggs

Yes. I have to agree with you. I don`t do grocery shopping when I`m hungry because I tend to buy many things I love Chicken Curry.

That is why I keep a shopping list when I go out for groceries. I do not forget anything and I stay within budget.

Eggs are so staple here that completes my grocery shopping. I think commodities there.are a lot cheaper compared here.

Eggs are cheaper at supermarket or wet market. But these days they don't sell eggs at wet market anymore. I can get 15 for RM8. But I have to pay RM6 for 10 at the shop near my house.

@prinzcy I get my eggs from a friend and pay RM4 for 18 of them. You're paying too much for them. If you could get your cats to lay eggs, you could get them free.

I would usually do my grocery shopping on Sunday. Since I am working today, I stop at the mart on my way home from work.
