I hate Spectrum. Monday night late,our internet went out. This is the worst for me since I depend on my computer for most every thing I do. The tech had to come out and bring a whole new box which for some reason I know not why meant we had to get a new pass word for our internet.
Everything was working fine. But soon my laptop kept saying no internet and I could get no where with it. We all worked on it, even calling Spectrum techs. My daughter said I needed a new computer because to fix the old one would cost as much. Funny to me that it worked fine till the box was changed ! Plus they already been charging 10 bucks more per month every year.
Now there is learning this laptop and trying to get all my bookmarks and pass words put in which is taking time since every site seems to make me change my pass words since they don't recognize this device ? 
Hopefully I can post this and get to some of your posts also.

I just managed to get out of a problem with that too.
They are also charging us way too much.

Technology baffles me and I hate when I have to change passwords etc. Glad you're back and hope the internet doesn't give you any more problems

I'm sorry you got snarled up in that m.ess. A few years ago my internet company changed some numbers on our service. They were fine. Me?? My perfectly good printer no longer worked with my computer. The techs spent hours trying to figure it out but nope. So I have a good printer but it sits around all day doing nothing

I think this is how companies make the money like Intel, Samsung , and all the others that make these devices. They make them to where when something changes you have to buy all new stuff.
