Have you tried this Tilapia fish with Coconut sauce?

Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters
I woke up in a sunny and cool air. It is nice today. I will surely go out for a nice walk and enjoy the good weather
Today, I`m going to prepare this dish that I like. I learned it from my father 
He always tell me to put out the head and tail of Tilapia Fish when you want to cook it with a coconut sauce and that is what I will do now
First you have to fry the fish separately with the sauce. In making the sauce, you must first fry minced garlic, ginger and onion. Then pour the coconut milk let it boil until the coconut is with little oil it means it is cooked. Then, mix the fish and spinach or water spinach whichever you like and let it boil for 2minutes. Then serve. It is great with a steamed rice

That looks amazing and never had that but did catch Tilapia in video games. I actually would not have even known about the fish if was not for video games.

I've seen that dish but I haven't tried it yet. When I have tilapia, I usually just fry it.

@m_audrey6788 yes and make sure you have shrimps paste or alamang bagoong on the side, so yummy, good for the tummy
