My parents got the vaccine last week, they received the first dose of Pfizer. My father didn't have symptoms but my mom had fever and body pain but it only lasted one day and now she is totally fine. It is a relief for me knowing that they have some kind of protection.
Almost everyone in my family had already received at least the first shot, only me, my sister, and the kids haven't received it yet.
Here they are saying that the group immunity will be reached in August but I think they are being optimistic.
Have you received the vaccine?

@nela13 I already received both shots, I had Moderna, doctor told me that Pfizer was not for me, due to my tachycardia. My cousin in Italy had AstraZeneca one week ago, she is not at all well, high fever, headache, pain in all body, she regrets she accepted the vaccine.

I received the J&J vaccine on April 9th.
My aunt received the same one and she had worse symptoms than me from the start.

After 2 weeks the Pfizer is more than 50% protective. It is the vaccine that we got.

Congratulations to your parents.
I had my first pfizer shot yesterday, my husband goes today.
We will get our second shots on September 1, and 2nd.
Our son should be able to get an appointment in the next few weeks, he is later due to his age.
