I did okay yesterday. I had a hard time sticking to 300 calories per meal. Still, I'm losing weight and that's what matters. I went for my first walk since last fall before my knee replacement surgeries. It felt good to get out on the trail. I also felt it in every cell and unused muscle when I got home.

This morning I've been to the pool and just got home from doing laundry and getting it put away. I still need to make my bed as I changed the sheets.
I found a calorie-burning guide that shows all the different things we do, including sleep, that burn calories. Those are the miscellaneous numbers.
Okay, that's how I did. How did you do with diet and exercise yesterday? Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me.

@just4him And while counting calories, your weight eventually dropped to an all time low. Good job!

@just4him I could always use to lose but it isn’t a necessity but when I am going through things I lose my appetite so it just comes off without trying

@just4him I recently read that this is not totally true, proteins are used for the muscles, but all excess calories are stored as fat. I know that when I used to have an all protein diet it was the fastest way to lose weight, but it's not really healthy.

You keep such a close track and that is inspiring. I am able to do some light yoga and pranayam ( breathing exercises) in this post covid recovery and that is helping. It is still some time that I would get back to my cardio and tough yoga asanas.
I was not aware that we burn calories while sleeping too. Good that you could go back to those trails for a good walk again

I didn't know we did either. I noticed when I used my Fitbit it would show calorie burning throughout the day and night. I need to keep close track of it. When I didn't for the past few months, my weight increased. Now, it's going down again.
Thank you. I'm very happy to be back on the trail.

I always take warm water and mix with half lemon juice in it in the morning which helps in reducing the fat. Also I do physical activities which includes yoga. But I don't check the calories intake I am not that much conscious about the weight. But I should also do that. Your post has inspired me to do so.

I wasn’t as strict yesterday and ate an English muffin . My son made them and I enjoyed every bite.

Sounds like you had a busy morning already.
