Loaded Sweet Potato for Dinner

Decided on a baked sweet potato with butter, cinnamon and sugar for dinner.
Have been outside most of the day enjoying the sunshine. The birds were also entertaining to watch.

@ScribbledAdNauseum No, I use the unhealthy white sugar. I also like it on toast. We always had cinnamon toast growing up. But it doesn't take much sugar, mostly cinnamon.

honestly i just don't like sweet potatoes. I have tried many times, just don't like the flavor!

@CarolDM we never had them growing up except at thanksgiving as "yams" so I guess I never learned

I haven’t had a baked sweet potato in quite some time. I hope you enjoyed it.
My dinner tonight was buffalo wings and fries. The gf suggested it. And if course I had no objections! Lol
