Hello Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters I woke up in a very nice day today. Sunny and cool air. I had a great morning walk and will have another walk later again if the weather will not change Have you tried including peanut butter or liver spread in your cooking? The reason I asked is because this dish that I`m going to prepare is similar with beef stew way of cooking. The only difference is that you add a teaspoon of peanut butter and liver spread in it to make it more tastier First you just have to fry the beef with minced garlic and onions. Add water, teaspoon of soy sauce and tomato sauce. Let it boil in a slow cooker for 15minutes if you don`t have a slow cooker the boiling will take long time in order to make the beef soft. After that, when the beef is soft you can add the carrots and potatoes. Let it boil again until the potatoes are soft. Then add the r the liver spread and peanut butter. Let it boil for a 5 minutes then add some olives and red or green bell pepper. Let it boil for one minute and then you have it.
