With indiscriminate shooting happening daily in America, blatant massacres in broad daylight in Myanmar, violent exchanges between Jews and Arabs, one would think nothing in the worldwide news could be shocking any longer. Man's passionate desire to subdue and kill another has become a breakfast item.
Till from out of North America, in a land called Canada, buried underneath the Christian school grounds of Kamloops, was unearthed 215 remains of children.
I did close my eyes after watching the clips of the children in the classroom or in the dormitory beds - those faces never had a chance at life.....
The perpetrators of the grim abuse, the betrayal of the innocents, were teachers, or educators. And they executed the crime against the children under the guise of being called Christians.
A devastating discovery has been made in Canada: the remains of 215 children have been found buried at the site of a former boarding school for indigenous st...

All the more reason to believe we're animals. That's just sick.

I read about it. Some of the children were just toddlers.

The animals would be offended. Lions and tigers and other wild beasts prey only for food. The bestiality imposed upon the children was nothing like in the animal kingdom. It was a white man's viciousness.

The documentaries showed children in a concentration camp. The harrowing details of the survivors are heart wrenching. The images of the blank faces of innocent children pervades the mind.

@thelme55 It's like the purgation of the innocent children because someone mighty was threatened to lose power. Happened twice in the Bible: once in the Old Testament and baby Moses was saved in the river, and once in the New Testament and Baby Jesus was saved in a flight to Egypt.

@eileenleyva I guess this has been what was life before and hopefully, this does not happen anymore since I can see that Canada has such a wide land to be shared with anyone.

@rsa101 The persecution persists. The Canadian government has been non-committal to the claims despite the exhaustive narratives of the survivors. The claims were rendered unreal, till the discovery of the mass grave of the children.
Justine Trudeau seemed like a good leader at first but now doubt has been cast on him just because none of his pronouncement has been definitive on reparation of the genocide of the indigenous children.
Canada, all of a sudden, has become a bad taste to the mouth.

The residential school was a means to an end - white man needed the natural resources for themselves but the natives who were there first, was a problem. So the government made it a law to sequester the children in guise of education.

The Catholic institution was used as a means to an end - it's a white man supremacy delusion. The white man needed to rid Canada of indigenous tribes.

This kind of news causes me great indignation. They depress me and make me feel helpless. In fact, I try to avoid seeing movies like "the boy in the striped shirt" or "life is beautiful" because they are marked on me and it is very sad.

One day, and it won't be too long now, religions will have to answer for their crimes against humanity and God. (See Luke 8:17; Ecclesiastes 12:14; James 1:27; Revelation 18:5)
Crown-Indigenous Relations Minister Carolyn Bennett said Wednesday that Roman Catholic parishioners need to demand better from their church, which has so far refused to apologize for its role in the residential school system or release documents that could

'The mistake of one is the mistake of all.'
Those evil creatures who guised themselves bishops, priests, and nuns, though, is not the Catholic Church. Nor any Christian sect that profess faith and love for our Lord Jesus, our God.
You miss the point. The residential schools was an act of government to rid Canada of natives. It is white man's greed that led to the massacre of the children.

@eileenleyva You know what, this did not only happen in Canada, everywhere Christians went they killed indigenous people to convert them. It happened in Africa, it happened in South American it happened everywhere they went. Religions killed many more people than wars.

@eileenleyva I know, it is exactly what I said, religion was used to conquer those places and it killed more than wars killed.

The children couldn't defend themselves. They knew not of the scheme to eradicate them from the face of the earth.
