If I said something incorrectly, I apologize

As many of you know I mylot from my phone and while it doesn't use auto correct there are times it does change the words I was trying to say. I was having a conversation with someone on my grape post and was going to responded on one of their when I noticed the red blocked button was on. The person also deleted her response from my discussion. So if you're reading this I apologize is I said something incorrectly. It was not done purposely. It's not someone I see a lot so I'm not going to ask another member to intervene. Have you ever apologized to those that block you whether intentionally or not? I know many just move on. The plant is a lily ready to begin blooming, but I'm not sure whether it's a tiger Lily or a day lily which are yellow.

Unless there is a serious reason to block, I move on. It may happen to type a wrong word and this is not a reason why I should block someone. If I feel "harassed" by a user I block, I do not want to spend my time arguing or deleting comment I judge inappropriate.

@myklj999 This is correct, you can do nothing if someone blocks you.

I have yet to block someone purposely and I've never deleted responses or comments.

@myklj999 I double checked and I must have blocked them accidentally and then they deleted their response

It used to bother me before but now I have learnt to move on Life is for living. I do not waste time clarifying my intentions. If they have misunderstood so let it be - their loss not mine. That plant does not look like a lily

@MarshaMusselman Good for you then that you sorted it all out You must have now removed the block and all is well. If there was a mistake like this one may be I too would have sorted it out but that has never happened in my case.

Also if my intended words came out correctly then I wouldn't clarify things but often my phone adds the wrong ideas making the sense questionable. Plus had I not written this I wouldn't have found out that I was the one that blocked her rather than the other way around as I originally thought.

I have never encountered any user here in any such discussion when I think that I should block a member. I usually move on ignoring the response or a comment I don't like. I don't care for a person who has blocked me that's his or her decision and why should I apologise for it.

You wouldn't notice as it wasn't you. I was actually the culprit and didn't know that until after writing this.

The one has buds the other doesn't that's why I'm thinking the budded one night be a day lily although I've never had one so large before.

If you're the one that's blocked? If I hadn't been having any interaction with the person I would have done the same thing. Turns out I was the one that blocked her.

It might not be that they erased their response, because you can't SEE a person's responses on your posts if they block you. Kinda 'double standard'-ed; how we can't even read- (let alone 'comment on-') the blocker's comments, but THEY can continue to post on YOUR stuff as if they're expecting your reply

It might be the other way around because their responses were still intact once I changed the block button back again. It may be that when they block is we can read it but not reply. I thought it was the same both ways.

You made an honest mistake, it happens. Doing a post regarding the incident should allow good feelings between you and the other member. I hope that everyone can move on without any bad feelings.

I discovered that the person didn't deleted the response but that I couldn't see it since I was the one that blocked them accidentally.

After reading the comments here I see you rectified the problem. Knowing you I wouldn't think you would purposely offend someone,

Thanks. I should have known it was me that blocked her not the other way around. I didn't realize that their responses disappeared if and when we block someone though.
