I've checked the weather. The rain is playing hide and seek.

It seems more that is hiding. We had rain in the forecast from last night until tomorrow but I'll be surprised if we get much of anything. It sprinkled a little last night, but this morning it's clear. It could rain later but the percentage is under fifty so I expect it won't show.
We need the rain too. We're probably not as bad as Texas but at this rate could get there easily.
I'm still looking for work for later in the week and still boxing things up in the kitchen. I was going to move my four drawer file cabinet to the living room for now but couldn't move it myself. I got help and he noticed both wheels were flat. Now I have to put air in them and try again.
Coffee should be on and after I do a few things I'll be back. I slept better last night so shouldn't need a nap between jobs.

There are no storms here in the distance but there's a cloud cover overhead even though it's supposed to be sunny later. The clouds make it look like rain.

@LadyDuck It's still a bit early here maybe the sun will show up soon. It's supposed to be partly sunny this morning at least.

Yesterday we had rain on and off throughout the day. At one point we had a downpour that only lasted 5 minutes and then the sun was back out. There's a slight chance we could get more of the same today.

@MarshaMusselman We had storm alerts all day long (for days) and I could hear the thunder in the distance but my little town didn't get much more than some drizzle. We need the rain but I'm glad the bad storms passed us by

@Marilynda1225 it was supposed to rain all week this week but that changed except for Friday instead of it being only 40% it's now 80% .. it's early morning hours but we have a big job planned and everything will be very wet.

We didn't end up getting much rain until this past Friday and then it's been raining each and every day. Hopefully the ground can handle it all without flooding.

@MarshaMusselman No, I had a coffee then went to bed. I don't really think it makes any difference to my sleeping pattern.. I only have instant coffee and quite weak.
