Yesterday was a good day for exercise. With all the exercise I got, I wasn't hurting at all when I got up this morning, so I must be getting used to all the walking I'm doing. It's about time. I also figured out this morning that going back the way I came instead of continuing around gives me more steps on my walk. That's the way I'll be going once I move, so I thought I would get used to it.
It was also a good day for food. When I figured it out, it's less than I thought it would be. Here are the numbers, beginning with my weight.

I think I did all right. Even the scale was favorable this morning, so I'm happy.

Pretty good with both, although once again, I was only exercising by shopping but I did a fair amount. Today I was home and swam in the lake got a decent workout.

I think I'm doing okay as far as my workouts go. I'm feeling them that's for sure, so I must be doing something right. Sounds like you're doing pretty well, yourself.

@just4him If I had had some strawberries that day it would have helped. They are not overly high in calories

Exercising is a wonderful way to tone muscles, strengthen your knees after surgery and improve your health:)

@just4him And hard, firm muscle weighs more than fat. Not by a lot, but it's a little heavier.

@kobesbuddy I always thought so too. However, a lifeguard pointed out that a pound of fat and a pound of muscle is still a pound.
