Yesterday was a good day for exercise. With all the exercise I got, I wasn't hurting at all when I got up this morning, so I must be getting used to all the walking I'm doing. It's about time. I also figured out this morning that going back the way I came instead of continuing around gives me more steps on my walk. That's the way I'll be going once I move, so I thought I would get used to it. It was also a good day for food. When I figured it out, it's less than I thought it would be. Here are the numbers, beginning with my weight. Wake-up Weight - 179.8 After Exercise Weight - 178.2 Calories Burned Exercise - 167 Minutes Swimming - 36 Minutes - 167 Elliptical .64 - 152 Bike - 2.62 - 70 Elliptical/Bike - 42 Minutes - 245 Walk - 37 Minutes - 167 Steps - 18,949 Calories Burned - 2548 Calories Consumed Breakfast 3 Eggs 2 Slices Turkey Bacon 2 Bananas Total - 480 Snack 2.5 Servings Paleo Puffs 1 Fudge Brownie 1 Serving Truwhip Total - 467 Lunch 1 Sliced Tomato 1 Sliced Cucumber 1 Flounder w/ 2 Servings Avocado Oil Mayo Total - 202 Snack Creamed Cream Cheese, Cacao Powder, Truwhip Total - 140 Grand Total - 1289 Net - -1259 I think I did all right. You did very good, I did pretty good too, I always stays below 1000 calories per day.

@just4him When we feel hungry it's a problem, some things do not seem to satisfy our stomach.

Thank you. I try, but it isn't always easy to do. If I can keep it close to 1200, it's easier unless I'm hungry.

Pretty good with both, although once again, I was only exercising by shopping but I did a fair amount. Today I was home and swam in the lake got a decent workout.

The last time I looked, swimming was exercise. Shopping is too. You also need to put it away, so there could be reaching and bending involved. Shopping is a good workout.

I think I'm doing okay as far as my workouts go. I'm feeling them that's for sure, so I must be doing something right. Sounds like you're doing pretty well, yourself.

I'm beginning to think the fat is turning to muscle on my thighs which is why the weight isn't moving. I'm guessing that because my shorts are looser around the thighs.

@just4him And hard, firm muscle weighs more than fat. Not by a lot, but it's a little heavier.

@kobesbuddy I always thought so too. However, a lifeguard pointed out that a pound of fat and a pound of muscle is still a pound.
