Health Report for Yesterday, June 9

Yesterday was a good day for exercise. With all the exercise I got, I wasn't hurting at all when I got up this morning, so I must be getting used to all the walking I'm doing. It's about time. I also figured out this morning that going back the way I came instead of continuing around gives me more steps on my walk. That's the way I'll be going once I move, so I thought I would get used to it. It was also a good day for food. When I figured it out, it's less than I thought it would be. Here are the numbers, beginning with my weight. Wake-up Weight - 179.8 After Exercise Weight - 178.2 Calories Burned Exercise - 167 Minutes Swimming - 36 Minutes - 167 Elliptical .64 - 152 Bike - 2.62 - 70 Elliptical/Bike - 42 Minutes - 245 Walk - 37 Minutes - 167 Steps - 18,949 Calories Burned - 2548 Calories Consumed Breakfast 3 Eggs 2 Slices Turkey Bacon 2 Bananas Total - 480 Snack 2.5 Servings Paleo Puffs 1 Fudge Brownie 1 Serving Truwhip Total - 467 Lunch 1 Sliced Tomato 1 Sliced Cucumber 1 Flounder w/ 2 Servings Avocado Oil Mayo Total - 202 Snack Creamed Cream Cheese, Cacao Powder, Truwhip Total - 140 Grand Total - 1289 Net - -1259 I think I did all right.
