Just now when I browse the net, I occasionally found one benefit to drink coffee. It seems that drinking coffee will be good for the Alzheimer. This is good to know. Actually there are already many advantages of drinking coffee, but if it can be helpful to the Alzheimer, it will be great since it is a horrible disease.

That is good news. Is it a specific kind of coffee? I know chicory has a lot of good benefits including blood circulation, lower cholesterol, etc.

You are right. It gives us more good reasons to consume coffee

I have heard of that. It also seems to have other health benefits. According to some studies coffee reduces the risk of Alzheimer's. Some of the studies were inconclusive, but others indicate a connection. I love coffee, and I drink coffee every day. I would do that even without the health benefits

That's very interesting... although I'm not sure that's true. My mom drank coffee all day long and still ended up with Alzheimer's. My oldest sister drank coffee all her life and has Alzheimer's so bad that she doesn't recognize anyone now.

We tend to believe it is true, even if there is such a possibility. I can also think out another exception. I am sure Ronald Reagan drank coffee but he also suffered from Alzheimer.

@youless I'm sure there are things we can eat or drink during out life that would keep Alzheimer's from affecting us when we get old... We just don't know what those things are yet.
