Have you ever gone online on a discussion forum like mylot and you find that you are alone. You start wondering where have people gone? Or am I at the wrong place ? Have you ever experienced such?

Sometimes not all the users are here, but I always find someone I know.

@Laurakemunto Most of the users who interact with me are Americans. When I am here in the morning they are not active, but I reply to my notifications in the morning.

Yes but sometimes you may find people are not there and you are alone, undoubtedly,you feel lonely it happens to me

Not if you participate in discussions. By doing that, you are making friends as well. It's just like having conversations. You are never alone on myLot.

@Jlyn10 am not saying about payment it's a situation that I get sometimes online I can get to a discussion forum and I find myself alone there not only on mylot. Hence I was asking if other people here have ever experienced such . I usually feel lonesome

I check who is active online so I get response back. Sometimes many are not active and I feel alone too

@Laurakemunto I remember on Facebook at one time I just asked this person a question and instead of him answering me his groupies started saying nasty things to me and I felt very alone at that time. They ganged up on him and he did not have the decency to answer my question. It was like he was the ring leader and left it up to his minion to attack me.

@Laurakemunto I just found friends that were like how I feel and go to their posts and answer those. There are those that live in denial and those that lost their way. I know how I feel and stick to that and found people that feel the same way. I go through transition periods with people till I get to the right ones.

I actually liked it when I would get on message boards back in the day. Gave me time to read/reply to posts without distractions.

It has never happened that I am alone on mylot. I always check through "most recent activity" if the people are active or not. It would be too boring if it happens.

Sometimes on myLot it depends on the time of day. When I am most active, people overseas are often sleeping so it seems as if there is no-one around.

Sites like these are active 24/7. I have never felt alone as I know a few are always there. maybe hundreds, at any one time.

@Laurakemunto Members of this site are spread worldwide ,due to the time difference one or the other member is always active. I never felt lonely here.You can try to make some friends here if you feel lonely.

But you need to have some patience if the members donot reply immediately
