Little Miss Bad Girl Protests Bedtime

I went off to wash my hair and came back to find Little Miss Bad Girl's light turned off but yet she is chirping up a storm. I asked the hubby if he gave her food and water and he said, "Yes, of course." I then asked well she is wired up tonight. What's she complaining about? He said I have no idea!! I made the remark that she didn't want to go to bed yet and you turned out her light. She is fussing up a storm and making sounds we normally don't hear. Then she will get quiet and you will here very softy...chatter, chatter, chatter. It's like she is talking to herself. @DaddyEvil Ha! Then she needs to have an attitude adjustment! She has been a sweet little girl today and entertaining herself quietly today! Every now and then we hear a happy chirp.

It only took about 30 minutes so wasn't too bad. I thought it was funny with her mumble grumble in a totally different voice!

Chickens don't go into heat. And this chick is only 4 weeks old so that wouldn't apply if they did.

I don't know. She has been fine this morning and entertaining herself (she's shredding paper that she has already shredded doing an extra fine job!) and quiet all at the same time.
