I am in search of a fudgy moist brownie recipe. Today is my second try of another recipe. I can say the first one is a bit cakey. The second one is not that cakey but cocoa is a bit more stronger than the first one. I am looking for one with like a bit crust on top and moist on the middle. maybe you can help me if you know how to make a fudgy moist brownies. photo: from google

@DianneN that is true if I really want to find the right one for our taste. How I wish I just can send all the baked goodies for taste test to your hubby and he can help us finish them ahaha

@rakski You may have to bake batch after batch after batch to find the right one. Hubs said he’d be happy to eat what you don’t like.

I always made brownies from a box mix. I prefer them fudgy rather than cake-like.

@rakski I love brownies! I wish you so much luck in making the brownie you like. I have never made a brownie from scratch. I only buy the box from the store and use whatever's in the box. Best wishes!

I was actually curious. I have the ingredients here but making it from scratch is not easy. I usually buy the ready mix already too

@rakski I can only imagine what it must be like making it from scratch. I'd like to know but I feel I would fail a handful of times first lol
