corn dog casserole for dinner

I'm not really in the mood to cook tonight, but these people need to be fed somehow... so I started poking around through the cabinets and freezer for ideas, and decided that corn dog casserole is what's going on the table tonight.
Truth be told, it's probably less of a casserole than it is a hot dog/corn/cheese filled cornbread, but we'll have some baked beans and salad on the side and call it dinner. I'll even put some ketchup and mustard on the table for people to add to their casserole servings. Anyone who feels too unwell for casserole can have leftover chicken soup.

@spiderdust Yeah, that's what is sounds like... I do hope they get better quickly. There's nothing worse than seeing your child sick and you not able to do anything to help.
