What Do You Listen To In The Morning? / myLot

I had a friend that put the radio on first thing every morning to listen to music. Whenever I went down for coffee, it drove me crazy. It was just too busy for my liking, but it was her apartment, her rules. Personally, I like silence until I have had a couple of cups of coffee. And then I like to listen to talk shows that invited their listeners to call in. It still wasn't music that I wanted to listen to, that would come late afternoon. That got me thinking and now I want to know what you listen to in the morning... if anything at all!

I usually listen to the news on the television. I cannot stay up late enough to watch the late edition, and the local network plays an encore of it in the morning. Just in time for me to settle in with a cup of coffee and my laptop to do a little myLotting to start my day.

I hardly ever watch tv... but I remember watching the news that way. Now, everything comes by way of the computer.

Earlier I used to listen to radio! Those were the times when songs were telecasted more and rjs would speak less! But now things are opposite! So I do my stuff silently now and I don't like talking after I wake up!

I like peace when I wake up in the morning and then after having a cup of tea I listen to some devotional songs.

The birds are my favorite. I don't turn the tv on unless there is something important going on. And then I turn it of pretty quick.

Birds can be pretty noisy if I think back to our Manitoba days. There was no sleeping in that I can ever remember... late in the day is nice though.

I usually have a morning talk show on when I have my first cup of coffee and don't usually listen to the radio/music until the afternoon.

I listen to morning noises, like birds, wind, people do things outside. After that i turn on my own music to kickstart my day... and coffee too!

I always listen to music that cheers me up even though the music I play is kind of loud for everyone. Soft music I only listen to at night or when I want to sleep.

I like to listen to music in the morning when I wakeup. I prefer music without song, like "Turkish Ney Music, traditional music, spa music, etc". It helps a lot to make me relax and ready to start the day.
