How have you been?

I hope you are fine and in good health. I am okay but I need a nap this afternoon. I just arrived home from work.
My weekend was a bit short so to speak as I was busy baking and cooking for Sunday birthday party of my best friend, with a few close friends. She said it was both our birthday party celebration as we are both Leo. It was her birthday yesterday and we were all happy having fun not only in eating but also dancing and singing. It was a blast.
At last I didn’t forget to bring the Cava Brut sparkling wine that I received from my Irish spa boss 11 years ago for my birthday. It was the first time I drunk that wine and it was delicious. Even my best friend, who normally doesn’t drink wine drunk it.
Anyway, I only want to update with you. The photo above is a chiffon cake filled with avocado cream. It was very delicious. I already got a lot of compliments from my friends who have eaten it.

Its fun to celebrate your birthday with a close friend isn't it?
My oldest and best friend and I have birthdays just 4 days apart, and we always celebrate together, until covid.
As usual, your cake looks very delicious, you are so good at decorating cakes.

That was the first time I made an avocado filling for a cake and it was delicious. It happened that I had 3 avocados when I made the birthday cake for my friend. At first, it was just an idea but then I made it.
