September 3 - What I'm Thankful for Today

Today has been interesting.
I'm thankful I got the Bible Study done today before I left for the YWCA.
I'm thankful for the 3.5-hour nap I got when I got home. I was up again at 1 AM. It's all the excitement for the move.
I'm thankful I called Spectrum to get the Internet service changed. I also filled out the change with the utilities on their website. It's getting close.
I'm thankful I e-mailed my Housing specialist and asked for the rent information for the new place. She didn't know I was moving. That's what she said. I sent her all the information for the move in June and gave the moving information to the new complex in June. They told me Housing approved them in June. It will be straightened out soon. I have faith.
I'm thankful I saw my son for a few minutes this afternoon. I told his girlfriend she could have my coffee maker since I don't drink coffee. I took it over to him. She's also taking the computer chairs off my hands and one of the dressers in my bedroom as there isn't room for two dressers in there. My son is also taking my video cabinet. This move is coming together.

I am grateful that my computer is working back to normal after a cleanup happened before I went to bed last night due to a minor bug in the machine that slowed down the downloads.

It's all coming together like clockwork for you. As long as it is not raining or something on moving day. It should all go great. I am thankful for a beautiful day, and the fact that I got my insurance issue, and house payment straightened out. It's all good!

Not the office here, my housing specialist. I just found the letters she sent me showing she approved the move. I scanned them and then sent her an e-mail with them. She won't get them until Tuesday, but at least I found them. I don't throw anything away. Especially these important letters about my move.

@just4him Every time we have an online business dealing, there's a mixup. With Jay's retirement benefits, the application hadn't even been submitted yet. It was no wonder his money wasn't being deposited!

Yes, I often find it hard to sleep with things on my mind. And moving to a new place is definitely exciting. Moving can require a lot of planning and organization can't it ?
