How far away are you from where you were born? Not sure what that is in Kilometers, sorry rest of the world. I do know its far. The things that I find to entertain myself. My Marine friend on Facebook answered how far they were from where they were born. He said 25 miles. Dude get out and go explore the world. Never mind might get shot stay close to home. Its not like when when we were young. I see the positive in everything. When positive things are happening.

Two blocks... And miles to kilometers means you're 2460.6 km from where you were born.

I was born in our local hospital, which happens to be in the neighbouring town. It's 3.4 miles away. I live 3.7 miles from my parents, who live in the house I grew up in from age 10. The place we lived before that is only half a mile from it. I love to explore other places but, until quite recently, had no desire to live elsewhere. The thing about my town is that it's quite large by population but is a physically small town (you can walk across it in an hour or so). It's also in the middle of the country, and has transport networks to everywhere. It's been very handy since having daughters 200 miles one way and my son moving 120 miles in the other direction!

@crossbones27 Glad to be your brother (but I am female in real life ) In my particular area, the public transport isn't great compared to a lot of places. We have easy access to major motorways, though. We do mostly get along, and it's good if one of us needs a hand with something!

I am in the same city where I was born but not in the same house. The old house is around 10 km away where I presently live.
