I've tried French toast a couple of times but didn't care for it. I'm glad you enjoyed yours. I made more bok choy and beef with onions. YUM!

@rakski I just miss the arugula from my garden. We used to put arugula leaves when we have chicken sandwich. But since it's raining, my arugulas are gone... Hmmm I will plant again next time...

I too make French Toast but do not use maple syrup. I dip the bread in milk t which I add egg, sugar and shavings of nutmeg and fry it.

At the moment i haven’t gone downstairs yet so i have no idea what’s for breakfast but I’m pretty sure there’s egg but don’t know if it’s scrambled, boiled or sunny side up. We always have eggs for breakfast. But not sure what other food is there on the table. Will go down at 9 probably to have breakfast. I am just enjoying my bed, Mylot and Netflix at the moment.
