If you dug it up and put it into a pot, I'd say it wasn't a very lucky plant.
It's pretty but no, I've never seen a plant like it before.

@May2k8 Yes, when I was little, my mother had a lot of Sri rejeki and aglonema plants because my mother really likes to plant and when she goes, she always buys new plants.
