I did not get here this morning

I was trying to take care of details to make sure I made it to my dermatology appointment today. I did and it went fine.
The cyst that was removed is healing appropriately. I will have another one removed at the beginning of Christmas break. I am healed enough that I will be able to get started with swimming with my student.
I had some dermatological questions answered, so that is good. There were also a couple of spots she checked out with a special light. No fear of cancers in those spots.
We still have more cases of covid trickling in on a weekly basis at school;. Including a staff member, so I hear.
We will see what I get done this evening.

I'm glad those spots weren't cancer.
Cheeeze, here we go again. I've heard in parts of El Paso we have that damn delta variant ... I think it's delta or something like that. I'm probably safe as I rarely come in contact with anyone and when I do they've all been doing as I do, staying masked while out and about and keeping their distance from people they don't know.

I think it is going to continue. We are trying to keep as many kids as we can in school, quarantining individual classes to their own rooms.
