New Grandchild

Well, it all went about as well as it could have. We welcomed Savannah Elyse into the world yesterday morning. Mother and baby are doing well. And even with Covid restrictions, I was able to meet her yesterday in the hospital.
I am so very grateful and so relieved. And my daughter will be getting her first covid shot before she leaves the hospital. This was a difficult pregnancy and all along the way, we have had reason to be still and thankful.
We are all working collectively to keep our three-year-old grandson while mom and dad are in the hospital with Savannah.
