Always Worried About Brendel

Have been bragging on how well Brendel is doing lately. She loves her chicken and turkey with gravy baby food.
All of a sudden, for the past two days she stopped eating. Has not touched her food. She is drinking water and ate a few treats. But no food.
She also seems very restless. Normally she sleeps all day long. She is up and down a lot now, in my lap, from one bed to another.
I have to wonder if she is in pain. I am watching her every move. I get so worried. I hope these are just off days for her. And maybe today will be the day she eats again.

With animals, I wonder if weather changes affect them, too. I know that Kobe went in streaks, when he's eat good. Then, he'd refuse a treat or go bury it. They get under the weather, but they can't vocalize it to a human.

She's getting older and has a progressive disise. You're right to be worried about her. You can try switching up her food, some cats simply get bored.

Cats often behave like that. They stop eating for a few days. As for her restlessness I think you can consult a vet.

I am sorry, and I hope she will start to feel better again. It is always such a worry when our pets are sick.

it is so hard when our pets, no our friends age. They aren't able to do the things they could before. But, we love them just as much.

That does sound like pain Carol.
I know it sounds weird but that is what I do keep moving around when in pain

I hope so, it is so hard to see our pets not be well. I worry about Brie who is 15 all the time. I will say a little prayer that she gets her appetite back.
