Surprise Package of Honey Butter

My friend in Australia always surprises me with gifts, twice a year usually. They are mostly on lockdown right now. But she bought this gift a few weeks ago. And was able to go to the post office to mail the package. Oh my goodness is this stuff good. So far, my favorite is the Praline Honey Butter. I could get addicted it is so delicious. I had it on a biscuit and wow! I can only eat about 1/2 teaspoon at a time. It is very sweet. The praline flavor is amazing and it has finely chopped pecans mixed in as well. Today is like Christmas! She knows what I like, even when I don't know my own self. More of those little things to enjoy in my little spoon.

Homemade is easy to make. Just mix honey with melted butter.

Whenever I saw the picture of the honey butter; it brought back some fond memories of my grandmother. She use to make honey butter when I was a kid. Instead of using pecan's; she made pear honey butter.
