Thursday's Dinner

I got off easy tonight with no cooking. We had a couple chicken breasts left over from last night so we decided to eat that since we are leaving early Saturday and don't want to leave food in the refrigerator that will spoil.
We also had some potato salad left so I added some baked beans to the meal and that worked. Oh, and I forgot the rolls again!!
I love quick and easy meals and sometimes cook more meat just to have enough for two meals instead of one.
What did you have for dinner tonight?

Cooking is time consuming What is cooked lasts for three days. It is steamed and that gets its freshness back For breakfast there is always something new.

My son and i will have lunch as soon as he finishes his online class at 1pm. We’re having McDonald’s spicy chicken. We both like it spicy.

I ate chicken strips and a chunk of Colby cheese. I have a doctor's appointment at 12:40 pm and will be vampired, so can't eat after midnight. (Usually we get up during the night and eat some fruit or something... Can't do that tonight.)

@kareng Thanks... My problem is that I get up at 6 am, feed the fishies, take my morning meds and go looking for something to eat before I go back to bed for a couple more hours sleep... Can't do that tomorrow, either. *sigh*

@kareng thanks - brats are a long time favorite. when I was little my grandparents were in Wisconsin (southern Wisconsin) and we used to grill Johnsonville Brats, before they were famous!
