Peace & Quiet Around the Neighborhood

We had a beautiful morning also. We just had a little shower pass thru, but it has stopped. I took a nasty tumble a little while ago. I was walking down our cement stairs, and rushing as it was starting to spit rain, and the front of my flip flop caught on 1 of those lines on the stair. I grabbed the handrail, and it stopped me from falling any further, but I was already 3 stairs down. I have scrapes on the top of 3 of my toes, my arm feels like it was almost pulled out of the sockets and both of my leg muscles in the top part are throbbing. I think it is safe to say its time to put the flip flops away.

This day I brought my laptop to the technician but I can't wait to get it done from 9 to 4 pm. I'll get it on October 2.

That sounds like a rather lovely day. I think that I spent most of my Saturday napping, watching videos, and doomscrolling through my social media feeds. I'm not entirely certain that this city ever really does "quiet." The neighborhood certainly seems ill at ease with the concept. I think there is like one magical hour in the middle of the night when things get quiet...

I was on an official duty today. Then I had a good tea, watched some videos and had a short walk. Now on Mylot and a few more sites. Enjoy your Saturday.

It's actually cool here today too. It's so nice really all things considered.

I have had a very lazy Sunday, mostly. Got some cat food, well quite a lot it has to be said, just over 70 sachets

The weather for the next week is going to be glorious. 70ish for most of the week. After a summer of 90s, this is such a pleasant change. Have a wonderful Sunday.

I wanted to do my laundry, but no time. Had to shop and hoped for a dry day. Store out of my pro biotic drink, found a pricey no sugar orange juice , bought dinner orange chicken. A little sprinkles came my way si early shower. All set for my Castle & anime night tonight.

I hope i will have a peaceful and quiet around the neighborhood maybe in the near future :)
