Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters
I woke up in a cloudy and cold air. I had a great morning walk even if it is so cold. The jacket kept me warm 
I also had dancing exercise 
Yesterday, I marinated the pork for this dish. The marination sauce are 1/4 cup of brown sugar, tablespoon soy sauce, 1/4 cup of pineapple juice, garlic, 2 tablespoon vinegar, salt & pepper. This is good for 1/2 kg pork meat. Take note that the marination is good for overnight before you fry the pork. This dish is a Philippine food called ```Tocino`` it is popular in the Philippines. They eat it with garlic rice and egg.

@m_audrey6788 I went shopping this morning and bought a salmon, green beans, and potato dinner. These aren't prepackaged. The deli or meat department makes them up.

I don't eat much of it but I like it. I can eat processed pork but not the pork like adobo, sinigang.
