And it’s the first time I’ll be visiting this shop called Kaivegan.
It’s a vegan shop. I’m no vegan but have not been eating pork for 3 years now and I’m looking for healthy substitutes. I saw this shop on instagram and what i saw that grabbed my attention was the non-dairy cheese! I love cheese but I’m lactose intolerant. They also have vegan meat! How can they call that meat? But I’m interested to try so I’ll be visiting there tomorrow.

The store sells non-dairy cheese and I want to try that. I am lactose intolerant that's the reason why I stay away from dairy products. I love milk and cheese but I hate wha they do my body. I used to love soy but it's not good for my hormones. I was advised to use almond milk instead but I haven't done so.

@Hannihar no i didn’t. I just chose from what they posted on line and then will go there and pick them up. The place is near and i wanted to check the place out but don’t want to stay there longer than i should. So i have my list so it would be easy.

That sounds good for vegans. I am a vegetarian and eat eggs and fish very rarely. Once in a year, I go fully vegan for 8 weeks to alkalize my body and detoxify it.

@arunima25 Exercise produces happy hormones. The truth I generally don't eat vegetables. I can eat vegetable salad but there are a lot of vegetable food that I couldn't swallow.

That's wonderful. I don't think I'd ever go full vegan or vegetarian. I love lamb and I love beef. It's the pork that I don't like.

@toniganzon One should stick to the food that you like and gives you comfort. We do get happy hormones enjoying our favourite foods. And happy hormones make us healthy and happy

Pretty and I bought some Boca Chicken patties and Boca Beef patties a couple of months ago. (Neither one of them contains any meat.) The chicken patties are good but the beef patties don't taste quite right. I think it's because the company puts too many spices into them so you can't taste there's no beef.

I really do hope so. My son likes chicken nuggets a lot so I want to try their nuggets. They also have beef patties and bacon. I want to try their nondairy ice cream and cheese too. I love cheese a lot. Oh and I'll be getting their sausages.

I've never tried non-dairy ice cream or cheese. Please do let us know what you think of those.

Cheese were all out. Will get them next week. I got the hungarian sausage, Tocino, and the nuggets. I also bought some mushroom crips in sour cream.

@rakski yes they are and I'm very positive that they taste amazing. And yes over the years I'm pretty sure they have improved a lot. I'm lucky that when I went there their stocks just arrived coz nuggets and Hungarian sausages are always sold out. So I'm guessing they do really taste good.

I did. I tried the mushroom crisps first and my oh my i can’t stop eating it. I think we will have the nuggets and Hungarian sausage for breakfast tomorrow.

I don't like the idea of popping pills. I don't even talk pills for my headache. I use essential oils for that.

Vegan Meat.
I've seen plant based stuff with Meat in the name of the product.
Not impressed lol
@Wordazza persuaded me to give vegan stuff a go
And I have been doing so
And the stuff that doesn't say Meat is much better than the stuff that does.

It’s plants and not actually meat but tastes like meat. So there’s vegan sausages, ham, bacon, etc.
