And now, the end of the bridge. I started this countdown of songs with “bridge” in the title to celebrate my dental bridge. And here we are, at the conclusion. To absolutely no one on earth’s surprise, here’s the song that tops the list.

What other song could it be? Come on! I may be silly but I’m not crazy! (Or something like that.) What other song can match the beauty of this incredible ballad that paired the great lyrics of Paul Simon and the out-of-this-world singing of Art Garfunkel? All the covers of this song, but there is NOTHING like the original.
This song is over 50 years old now, and it still raises goosebumps. What a classic song.

That song is "no water under the bridge." A true classic! I heard a local band play that song once at a bar I frequented before Covid. The singer did an amazing job with the tune. No goosebumps, but definitely impressed by the band's cover!
