This is how I like my coffee, plain, without sugar with a bit of cinnamon.
I drink one coffee per day, always with my breakfast. It seems coffee has many benefits to our health, especially if we drink it without sugar.
I read somewhere that people who drinks coffee without sugar may have a psychopath personality I don't think so
How do you like your coffee?

That's insane. My friends like their brewed coffee plain no milk no sugar. And they're definitely don't have a psychopath personality. They're the kindest people in the world.

I've read the studies about psychopathic people, too. You're holding it together quite well for one of those types.

I like coffee, drink 3-4 cups daily. Like coffee with my almond milk & monk fruit sugar. Sprinkles of pepper & basil & tumeric.

I like what tumeric combined with black pepper & basil does, but very rarely use it in cooking, thus I adapted it to my coffee which I drink daily. Black pepper enhances tumeric to work.

Maybe I am crazy. It's not easy to deal with a bipolar of which I did for many years. Maybe it's my craziness that's has saved me lol.

I only started to drink coffee when I got pregnant, my blood pressure was so low that the doctor recommended me to drink one coffee per day.

I like oat milk in mine. I also sometimes add a bit of maple syrup for sweetness and flavor; it is a habit that I developed while living in New England. I'm guessing that maple syrup in coffee, or maple syrup in general, really isn't a thing in Portugal.
