This is how I like my coffee, plain, without sugar with a bit of cinnamon. I drink one coffee per day, always with my breakfast. It seems coffee has many benefits to our health, especially if we drink it without sugar. I read somewhere that people who drinks coffee without sugar may have a psychopath personality I don't think so How do you like your coffee? Picture of my morning coffee.

I don't drink coffee. Does that mean I'm not a psychopath? I think you're safe.

I never knew that people who drinks coffee without sugar may have a psychopath personality... I never use sugar. I like my coffee black, at most with a hint of real dairy cream.

@nela13 You can feel the taste of coffee a lot better without sugar. It is the same for chocolate, those who really appreciate chocolates only want dark chocolate.

I've read the studies about psychopathic people, too. You're holding it together quite well for one of those types.

@nela13 I like what tumeric combined with black pepper & basil does, but very rarely use it in cooking, thus I adapted it to my coffee which I drink daily. Black pepper enhances tumeric to work.

I like oat milk in mine. I also sometimes add a bit of maple syrup for sweetness and flavor; it is a habit that I developed while living in New England. I'm guessing that maple syrup in coffee, or maple syrup in general, really isn't a thing in Portugal.
