Mystery Berry in Neighbor's Tree

Went over to pick up my neighbor's mail and took more photos in his yard.
Noticed this tree with a few of these small acorn-sized red berries.
Any idea what these are called? He has a bird feeder in the tree.
I am sure birds eat these. Just wondered if anyone might know.

@CarolDM Some of the crab apple I saw is pretty small. I am not saying it is a crab apple.

It almost looks like a cherry tomato. I have an appt which identifies flowers I've never used it with produce before. I know it doesn't work as well in just greenery.
