Ok, here's the thing. I recently had trouble with my Samsung, the stupid thing has a tiny hole in the lower right in the back. I was told it could pose some risk so I bit the bullet and bought an Iphone 12 pro max. What the hell was I thinking!!!
I've set up Icloud on my Windows PC but like the fool I am I forgot the password I chose.
I got my phone on the 5th and got it activated so that's a plus I suppose.
Then on the 10th I accessed Icloud from my PC and registered. And now for the life of me I can't remember the password.
The instructions to change my password said to do that from my phone but my phone won't show me the change password button so now I iz stuck, can anyone
out there help me fix this mess I'm in?
Thank you in advance.

I've begun writing down passwords in a book otherwise I'm in the same boat as you. I've never had any apple products but I do have an I cloud account that I no longer y use maybe for that reason.

The way I understand it is that Icloud stores pictures and apps from an Apple device and that you should be able to view all that on any device.
I found a website you might try contacting:
Learn how to set up and use iCloud. Find all the topics, resources, and contact options you need for iCloud.

@rebelann they also store pics from other than apple devices as I did that years ago. I think I needed an account years ago when using Adobe pdf readers. Now that's all free with no account needed
