Fish Sticks and Sauce For Now

College football games are on today. The main one I watch comes on at 6pm. About two hours away.
Made a few fish sticks and tartar sauce for a snack and/or dinner.
There are always light meals on game days. And most days lately it seems.
Today has been absolutely beautiful. Had the doors open. A cool breeze all day.
Hope yours has been nice as well.

Our cool weather arrived overnight, after a hot, muggy and rainy Saturday. I hope this fall weather sticks around for a while.

We love fish sticks, they are delicious! And the Michigan State game, Jay's eyes were glued to our television screen!

I am just starting my day and was out very early so not sure how the day will be. I am glad you have nice weather and hope you enjoyed your fish sticks in tartar sauce. I have not had fish sticks in ages. Have looked for them here in the grocery stores to make myself but have not found them or maybe did not look very well.

It wouldn't occur to me to have fish sticks for a game, although I like them. I have boneless cauliflower wings in sauce, that I am thinking would be good game food. Not today, but sometime this season I will have them.

@CarolDM I don't know whether these two would like the breading or not, but they do have the rare bite of pizza crust or bread when I'm having some. Neither, though, is a carb fiend the way our late girl was; if there were carbs, she was there.
