Sharing screenshots from my friend.
Since I did not get the free $5 from PayPal, I asked my friend to send me photos of the offer and the transfer notification.
According to him, the offer is good until the end of the month. And was sent to valid users but not all can get it.
I think for all of us who are actively getting payments via PayPal, we are not qualified. My friend did not use his PayPal for more than a year and my sister just activated her account this month.
